Our office for Mindset Eyw Advertising Pvt Ltd is over at G Aiswarya Apartments in Vidya Nagar, Hyderabad. Using an apartment as an office space gives it a very different feel than a commercial building. It’s more comfortable, though sometimes it feels a bit strange to be working where people also live. We are tucked away in Vidya Nagar, which is a busy area but our specific spot stays relatively calm. We do a lot of advertising work here, so there are usually posters or sketches pinned up on the walls and plenty of markers and notebooks lying around. It’s not always the neatest place, especially when we are in the middle of a big project and everyone is rushing. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the balcony is where people go when they need a few minutes away from the screen. The Hyderabad sun can be pretty intense, so we usually keep the curtains drawn during the middle of the day to keep the heat out. We aren't really the type to have big, formal board meetings. We mostly just sit around a big table and figure things out as we go. It’s a practical way to work, and it suits our style. Most of us have been here for a while, so we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building, like the slow elevator and the way the front door sticks sometimes.
