Mind Space

Mind Space is tucked away in Moosapet, specifically in Flat 101 at Mutyam Oyster Heights. You have to look for Mr. Rajendra Soni’s name on the list to find the right spot. It’s more of a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a cold office building at all. Working from here in Hyderabad gives us a different perspective on things. We are just a few people sharing this space and getting through our daily tasks. We do a lot of thinking and planning here. The name Mind Space actually fits because it is usually pretty calm inside, even when the city outside gets loud. We don't have a big HR department or a marketing team. If you get an email from us, it was written by one of the three or four people sitting in the room. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized with notebooks and calendars. Sometimes we get distracted by what's happening in the hallway or the sounds of the neighbors, but we usually get our work done on time. It is a very informal setup. We wear what we want and we don't follow a strict corporate schedule. As long as the work is finished, that's what matters. We’ve been in Moosapet long enough to know the best spots for a quick snack nearby. It’s a modest way to run a business, but it suits our style perfectly. We just keep it simple.
