Minar Pickels

Minar Pickels is located over in Azampura, specifically at Dr.No.16-5-513/4. If you know the neighborhood, it's not too hard to find. We've been making pickles here for quite some time. It gets pretty busy, especially when the seasonal fruits come in and we have to process everything quickly before they spoil. The smell of vinegar and spices is everywhere. We aren't some massive factory with robots. It’s mostly handwork and people making sure the jars are filled right. Sometimes the labels aren't perfectly straight, but the food inside is what counts for us. We focus on getting the orders out to the local shops. Azampura is a crowded place, and our little unit fits right in. We don't spend money on big ads or shiny brochures. We just do the work. It’s a lot of washing, cutting, and waiting for things to cure in the sun or in jars. Our family and a few neighbors help out. There’s always someone stirring a pot or checking the seals on the lids. It’s a messy business sometimes, with stains on our aprons that never quite come out, but that’s part of the job. We've had the same regulars for years. They know where to find us.
