Our office is based in Madhapur, specifically in Flat 602 of R.S. Towers, which is in Phase II of Kavuri Hills. Being on the sixth floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, which is always busy with new projects. We are a construction firm, but we do not have a massive crew sitting in the office. Most of our people are out at different sites across Hyderabad. This flat is where we handle all the planning, the payroll, and the meetings with vendors. It is a functional space. We did not spend much on making it look like a showroom. We would rather put that money into the equipment we use on-site. Construction can be a difficult business with a lot of moving parts. We have had projects that went perfectly and others where we had to stay late for weeks to fix mistakes. That is just the reality of building things. We do not try to sugarcoat it for our clients. We are straightforward about costs and timelines. We have been in the 500081 area for long enough to know the local suppliers and how to get things moved around the city. It is just a small group of us trying to do a good day’s work. We do not have a dedicated PR person or anything like that. If you call, you will talk to one of the people actually doing the work. We think that is a better way to do things.
