Milleniumsoft Inc is based in Allwyn Colony, 1st Phase, which is part of the Kukatpally area in Hyderabad. Our office is actually in a house, which makes it feel a lot more personal than those big glass towers you see in Gachibowli. We do various types of software development and IT work. It’s a small team here, so everyone knows exactly what the other person is working on. We don't have big formal meetings or use corporate buzzwords. If something is broken, we just talk to each other and fix it. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet, except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We’ve been in this spot for several years and have become a part of the local community. We don't have a sales team going out and making big promises. Most of our work comes from people we’ve helped in the past. It’s a very simple and direct way to do business. We have our computers, a small kitchen for making tea, and a lot of work to keep us busy. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to take a break until it comes back on. It’s just the reality of working here. We aren't trying to be the biggest software firm in Hyderabad. We just want to do good work and keep our clients happy without any fuss or extra polish.
