We work out of the WeWork in Krishne Emerald. It is on the Kondapur Main Road in the Shaikpet area of Hyderabad. Being in a shared space like this means there are always other people around, which keeps things interesting. We have our own dedicated area where we handle all our technology work. The traffic on Kondapur Main Road is usually pretty bad, so we try to get in early or stay a bit later to miss the worst of it. Our team is focused on building and maintaining tech products. We do not spend much time on fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just sit down and get into the code. The facilities here are good, with plenty of spots to grab a drink or sit for a minute when the screen gets too much. We moved here because it is a central spot for many of our staff. It is a practical choice for a company like ours. We have a mix of people, some who have been doing this for years and some who are newer. Shaikpet is a fast-growing part of the city. There is a lot of construction going on around us constantly. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical side of things. It is a busy atmosphere but it works for us. Mightymonk is just a group of people who enjoy solving tech problems in a shared office space.
