Mhr Soft Tech Solutions Private Limited is on the 14th floor of the Manjeera Trinity corporate building in Kukatpally. Specifically, we are in unit 104 in the 1st 12A section. Being up on the 14th floor gives us a pretty good view of the Hyderabad traffic below, which is usually a mess in 500072. The building itself is quite modern, but our actual office is very down-to-earth. We don’t go in for all those luxury office trends. We just have our workstations and a place to sit for meetings. It can be a long wait for the elevators in the morning when everyone is trying to get to their floor. Once we are inside, it’s just a normal workday. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to each other about what needs to get done. The atmosphere isn't very corporate even though the building is. We keep things relaxed and don’t worry too much about formal rules as long as the work is finished on time. Kukatpally is a busy spot so there is always a lot of energy around the building. We’ve got a mix of different people on our team and we all just try to get along and be productive. It’s a decent place to be based and it makes sense for us to be in a central hub like this one. We just take it one day at a time and do our best with the projects we have.
