It’s a pretty busy part of Hyderabad, but it’s a good spot to be. We’ve been around for a while now, just doing our thing with construction. The office is usually full of maps and old files, and there’s always someone coming or going. Being near the library makes it easy for people to find us. We don't spend much on advertising because word of mouth in the colony usually keeps us busy enough. Construction work has its ups and downs, but we just stick to what we know. It's a lot of long hours and making sure the crews have what they need at the sites. We aren't the type to use big words or fancy presentations. We’d rather just show you what we’ve built. Old Santosh Nagar has changed a lot since we started, but we’re still here in the same area. Our address 500059 is where we take our calls and meet with people to talk about their plans. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone we deal with. That’s just the way we operate around here. We usually have the radio on and some blueprints spread out on the main table.
