Memaar Engineers & Contractors

We are located at 409, Memaar Arcade in the Khilwat area of Hyderabad. Memaar Engineers & Contractors is a small operation, mostly family-run or close friends. We have been working out of this building for a good number of years now. Khilwat is a part of town with a lot of character, and we like the atmosphere here. Our office is on the fourth floor, and it is a pretty functional place. We keep our equipment and project files there, but we are rarely in the office all day. Most of our time is spent out on construction sites, making sure things are being built the way they were planned. We do engineering and contracting work for all sorts of buildings around this side of the city. We do not really do the whole polished corporate thing. We wear boots and dusty clothes most of the time because that is what the job requires. It is hard work, but we enjoy seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. We have handled a lot of different jobs over the years, from small repairs to bigger builds. People in the neighborhood know us, and we mostly get work through word of mouth. We just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it. That is how we've always operated here in Khilwat.
