Our office is located on Kissan Road in the Patamata area of Vijayawada. You can find us at Dr No-70-2-40. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, but we’ve got our construction business running right out of this spot. Sree Venkateswara Engineering Contractors & Constructions is what we call ourselves, but most people just know us as the local guys who handle building projects. We have maps and site plans spread out over almost every flat surface in the room. It’s a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. Being in Andhra Pradesh, we deal with the heat a lot when we’re out on sites, so the office is where we come to cool down and get the paperwork sorted. We aren't a big corporate firm with a giant glass building. We’re just a group of people who know how to put things together and manage a crew. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We’ve been doing this for a while and have seen Vijayawada grow quite a bit lately. There’s always some new project starting up somewhere. We just try to keep our heads down and finish the work we started. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. We keep things simple and focus on the task at hand. Hopefully, the rain stays away so we can finish our current site.
