Huma Garments

Huma Garments is located on the 1st floor of the Craft Engineering Building. We are right next to the Cresent Hospital Lane, really just right next to the Cresent Hospital Lane, and just opposite the Humayun Nagar bus stop on Mehadipatnam Road. It’s a very busy spot because of the buses. People are always rushing past. We spend our time upstairs working on the garments. It can get pretty loud with the traffic from Mehadipatnam Road coming through the windows. The building is shared with other businesses, so there’s a lot of activity in the hallways. Being next to the hospital lane makes it easy to give people directions. We have racks and racks of clothes all over the place. It's not a showroom, just a place where we get the work done. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty. We've been in this Craft Engineering Building for a while. The 1st floor is a good spot for us. It’s just a normal garment business. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just make sure the orders are ready. It’s a lot of cutting and sewing and packing. Most of the time, we are just trying to keep the place organized despite all the fabric scraps. The bus stop outside is actually a good way for us to tell people where we are. We just work and head home like everyone else. It's a busy life here in Mehadipatnam, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
