You can find us over at 37-9-61 in Sri Ram Nagar Colony. We've been part of this neighborhood for a while now, working as developers. It is a nice spot, usually pretty calm, though things pick up when we have a new project starting. Our office is where all the planning happens. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing and other times it is just us quiet at our desks typing away. Developing land and building homes is a lot of back-and-forth communication. We have to deal with permits, builders, and all the small details that people do not really see from the outside. The colony has seen some changes, and we have been right here through most of it. We are not a giant corporation with shiny glass windows; we are just local people who know the streets and the land here. If you walk by, you might see us chatting on the porch or hauling some samples in. We keep things pretty simple. The goal is just to finish the projects we started without too many hiccups. Every day brings something different, maybe a delay with materials or a quick change in a floor plan. We just take it as it comes and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It is just a regular office doing regular work in our corner of the colony.
