There are always materials laying around and projects half-finished on the tables. We like it that way because it feels like something is actually happening. We don't really follow a strict corporate schedule. We show up, see what needs to be done, and get to it. Sometimes we spend hours on one small detail. Other times, the day just flies by. We have a small group of people who know their way around the tools. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is here at once, but we make it work. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy.
