Mckinsys Software is situated over in Madhapur, specifically in Ayyappa Society. We are on the second floor of Vijaya Towers. If you know Madhapur, you know it's the heart of the tech scene here in Hyderabad, but Ayyappa Society feels a bit more grounded. We aren't one of those massive giants with thousands of workers. We’re a smaller group of people who actually enjoy writing software. Our office at 2-56/2/19 is pretty straightforward. We have some computers, a few whiteboards covered in scribbles, and a lot of half-empty mugs. We don’t go for the corporate polish. We prefer being able to speak our minds and just get on with the task. People here come from different backgrounds, but we all ended up in this office together. We deal with software development, which means we spend a lot of time debugging and staring at code. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we do. We like the local vibe of Madhapur. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we’re tired of looking at screens. We’ve been running this for a while now. We’ve learned a lot along the way, mostly by making mistakes and fixing them. It’s a practical way to grow. We just take each project as it comes and try to do a decent job without making a big fuss about it. We’re just a bunch of regular people working on computers.
