If you head over to Banjara Hills, near Nagarjuna Circle, you’ll find Shilpa Arcade. We are in Flat No. 102. This is the office for Mcc Cement. Road No. 3 is a well-known spot in this part of town. Working in Banjara Hills is interesting because there is so much going on around us. Our office in Shilpa Arcade is where we manage the cement distributions. It’s a ground-floor or first-floor kind of vibe depending on how you count them. We keep the place running with a small staff. The work involves a lot of scheduling and making sure the supply meets the demand from the construction sites. Being near Nagarjuna Circle means there’s always traffic, so we plan our errands around the quiet times. The office isn't anything out of the ordinary. It’s just a flat that we’ve converted into a working space. We have chairs and tables and plenty of ledgers. People stop by to drop off paperwork or talk about cement prices. We don't use much in the way of advertising inside the office. It’s a functional environment where the goal is just to get through the day's list of tasks. Shilpa Arcade has been a good spot for us. It’s easy to give directions to people because everyone knows the circle. We just keep things moving and stay busy with the local projects that need our supplies on time.
