Maytas Properties

Our small team works out of Flat 510 in the Green Block of My Home Rainbow Apartments. Being based in Tolichowki means we are right in the middle of everything in Hyderabad. We handle property matters under the name Maytas Properties. It is basically just us sitting around a couple of desks in an apartment turned office. We deal with lots of paperwork, phone calls, and visits to different sites around the city. Managing properties isn't always easy. There are always maintenance issues or tenant questions that come up at odd hours. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes it gets busy. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us drinking tea and looking over some blueprints or lease agreements. It is a practical setup because we live and work in the same community. We know the local streets and the problems people face with housing here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Hyderabad. We just want to make sure the properties we look after are taken care of properly. It takes a lot of coordination between owners, contractors, and the people living in the units. We spend most of our time on our phones or driving through traffic to check on things. It is just how the real estate business works for a small group like ours. We just keep moving.
