We’re located in West Marredpally, Secunderabad, at the Skvs Parkview Apartments. Our office is on the third floor, unit 301. It’s on Road No 6, which is a fairly well-known part of the neighborhood. Being in an apartment building for an infrastructure company might seem a bit odd, but it works for us. We have enough room for our desks and all the technical drawings we have to look at. We spend a lot of time reviewing plans for various projects and talking to engineers. It’s a lot of technical talk and staring at computer screens. The area around here is actually quite nice, with some trees and a bit of a park view, hence the name of the building. We don’t have a flashy storefront or big signs. Most of our work happens out on sites or through long meetings in the office. We deal with a lot of paperwork and government regulations, which can be quite a headache sometimes. It’s not all exciting construction work; a lot of it is just the grind of making sure the plans are correct before anything actually gets built. We’ve been in this Secunderabad spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the quiet atmosphere of Marredpally compared to the busier parts of the city. It’s just our base of operations for the work we do around the region. We try to keep things organized despite all the blueprint rolls everywhere.
