MATFIELDS PROPERTY HOLDINGS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Matfields Property Holdings is located at H.No. 3-5-573 right in Narayanguda. It is an older part of Hyderabad and it gets incredibly crowded around here during the day. We have been looking after different properties for quite some time now. It is not always easy work because you have to deal with all sorts of legal matters and tenant complaints. We stay busy just trying to keep track of every detail. The office is nothing special to look at, just a place for us to keep our files and answer the phone. We have a small team helping with the administrative stuff. Mostly we are dealing with land and buildings and making sure the ownership papers are correct. Hyderabad is expanding so quickly that staying on top of property values is a full-time chore. We are not a huge corporation with a fancy glass building. We prefer being in the middle of the city where the action is. Sometimes we have to go out and handle repairs or clear out empty spaces. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting through long meetings with lawyers or people looking to buy. We just try to keep things clear and simple for everyone we deal with. We have been at this address for many years and we like the neighborhood despite the noise from the street. It is just regular work for us.
