Mass-Tech It Solutions is located at No. 16-8-988/7/A, right near the Sohail Hotel and just opposite the Oriental Bank of Commerce. It is a handy spot because if we ever get hungry or need to do some banking, we only have to walk a few steps. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and the hum of computer fans running all day long. We deal with a lot of different tech issues, whether it is someone's laptop acting up or a bigger system problem that needs sorting out. It can get a bit cramped with all the monitors and cables lying around on the desks, but we know where everything is. Being across from the bank means there are always people around, and sometimes they pop in to ask a quick question about their phones or a weird email they got. We aren't a big corporate IT firm with matching uniforms; we are just a group of people who happen to be good with computers and like solving puzzles. Sometimes we stay late when a project is being stubborn, fueled by coffee and whatever snacks we can find nearby at the hotel. It is a busy little corner of the city, and we have become a regular part of the local scene here over the years. We just take things one problem at a time and see what happens next.
