Maru'S Developers (Opc) Private Limited is located over in Punjagutta. We are in Jaya Enclave, specifically Flat No. 303 in Dwarakapuri Colony. Being an OPC means it’s a one-person company setup, but we still have a few people helping out with the daily tasks. Punjagutta is always packed with traffic, so being tucked away in the colony is a bit better than being right on the main road. We do a lot of developer work, mostly focusing on smaller residential projects when they come up. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep the files and meet with people who are interested in what we’re building. We’ve been at this for a while now. Hyderabad is growing so fast that there’s always something to do, but we try not to take on more than we can actually handle. It’s a lot of talking to vendors and making sure the supplies show up on time. Sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix them and move on. We don’t really use big words or fancy brochures to describe ourselves. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If you’re ever in Dwarakapuri Colony, you’ll see our building there. It’s a steady pace most weeks. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We’re just local folks doing our thing.
