Marla Technologies (P) Ltd. is a small setup here in Hyderabad. Rajesh P is the one who handles things at this location. We don't have a massive corporate office with hundreds of people. It’s a much smaller, more personal operation. Being in Hyderabad, we are right in the middle of a lot of tech activity, but we stay on the quieter side of things. The office is basically just a few rooms with enough power outlets for our machines. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with cables running across the floor, but we know where everything goes. We don't spend a lot of money on branding or making the place look like a showroom. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. We have our regulars who come in every day, and we mostly just talk about the work or what’s for lunch. Hyderabad can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and units are actually working. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do. We handle tech projects as they come in. There isn't a big HR department or a PR team writing stuff for us. We just wanted a place where we could work on computers and help out with whatever tech needs our clients have. It’s a straightforward business, run by people who live right here in the city. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes through the door.
