You can find Maples Esm Technologies over in Flat No 103 of Sai Keshava Towers in Kondapur, Hyderabad. Kondapur is always buzzing because of all the IT companies nearby, so there’s a lot of energy in the air, and plenty of traffic to go with it. Our office is inside an apartment building, which makes it feel a bit more private and quiet compared to the big tech parks down the road. It’s a three-room setup that we’ve turned into a workspace for our tech team. We’ve got servers humming in one corner and people huddled over their monitors in the others. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There are wires running along the floor in some places and stacks of old keyboards in the corner. We mostly focus on ESM technologies and keeping things running for our clients. No one here is worried about looking fancy; we’re more concerned with making sure the code works and the systems stay up. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes order biryani for the whole office when we’re working late. The building itself is okay, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team or a spokesperson. We just do our work, talk to our customers, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a busy, cramped, but productive little space where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. We like the neighborhood even with the loud traffic noise and the dust.
