Maples Esm Technologies Ltd

We are based at K.S.Shilpa 123/2Rt on Ligh Lane, right beside the Andhra Bank in Vijayanagar Colony, Hyderabad. It’s a handy spot because the bank is a landmark everyone knows. Maples Esm Technologies Ltd isn't a massive company with a skyscraper. We just have a few rooms in this building. The lane is usually full of scooters, so you have to watch your step. Inside, things are pretty basic. We have our workstations and a few old shelves for books and manuals. We don’t really go in for the whole high-tech office vibe even though we work with technology. It’s more about the actual work for us. We drink a lot of tea and sometimes share snacks during the afternoon. There’s no formal dress code here; we just wear whatever is comfortable for the weather. Hyderabad can get really hot, so the AC is usually running full blast. We don’t have those long, boring presentations or corporate retreats. We just talk to each other across the room when something needs to be sorted out. Most of our neighbors are regular families or other small shops. It feels like being part of a community rather than a business district. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on people knowing where we are and what we do. It’s a simple, honest setup.
