We’ve been set up here in Barkatpura for a while now. Our office is in Flat 103 at Arihant Apartments, which is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Hyderabad. Working in real estate development means there is always a lot of paperwork on the desks and people coming in to ask about project timelines. It’s not a fancy glass tower or anything like that, just a regular office where we get things done. Most days start with tea and checking on the site schedules. Barkatpura is a busy area, so there’s always noise from the street outside, but we’re used to it by now. We handle various building projects around the city from this small base. It gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for meetings, but we manage. People know where to find us if they need to drop off documents or talk about a flat. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just focus on the drawings, the permits, and making sure the construction keeps moving forward. It’s a lot of coordination between the office and the actual building sites. Sometimes the phones don’t stop ringing, especially when a new phase of a project starts. We try to keep things organized here in 3-3-828, even when things get hectic with the municipal paperwork or contractor schedules. It’s just how it is working in the Hyderabad property market.
