Manspandana Housing India Private Limited is over here in Vinaynagar, specifically at 17-1-383/99/A & B. It’s a pretty busy part of Chanchalguda in Hyderabad. We’ve been set up in this spot for a bit now, just focusing on the housing work we have on our plates every day. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything like that, just a place where we get together and try to figure out the day’s tasks. People around here know the address, it is near the main roads of Hyderabad-500024. Most days it’s just us dealing with paperwork or talking to people about where they want to live. Housing is complicated sometimes, I guess. There's always a lot of back and forth with maps and city rules and all that. Telangana weather gets really hot, so the office is where we hide out during the afternoon while we plan things. We don't really do much advertising. It’s mostly just word of mouth or people stopping by because they saw the sign while driving past. Being in Chanchalguda means we see a lot of the same faces every morning at the tea shop. We just focus on what’s right in front of us. It's practical work. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some filing done. We’ve stayed at this same address because it’s easy for folks to find. Just a normal local business doing its thing.
