We are located in Somajiguda in Hyderabad. Our office for Manpower Services India Private Limited is actually Flat No G3 in Jaffar Ali Bagh, which is part of the 6 3 904 11 1 block. It is a ground floor spot, which makes it easy for people to find us without having to wait for the lift. Hyderabad is a fast-paced city, but our corner feels a bit more tucked away. We handle the recruitment side of things. It involves a lot of phone calls and even more emails. The flat is set up like a regular office with desks and chairs. It gets a bit crowded when we have a few people visiting at the same time. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything corporate like that. We just sit here and work through the lists of candidates. Sometimes the traffic in Somajiguda is really bad, so we end up staying a bit later to avoid the rush. We are just a group of people doing a job. There isn't any secret to it. We just look at what a company needs and try to find someone who fits. The area has plenty of places to eat, which is a plus for us. We’ve been in this flat for a while. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. Every day is pretty much the same routine and we just stick to it as best as we can.
