Manpower Recruitment Consultancy is located in East Maredpally. This is a nice neighborhood and we like being here. We started this because we saw a lot of people in the area looking for decent work but not knowing where to go. We are not a giant company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us in the office. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to people who drop by. East Maredpally has a lot of history and we feel like we are part of the community now. We help out with different kinds of jobs. Sometimes it is for an office and sometimes it is for something more hands-on. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It is a bit of a small world here. We try to keep our records updated, though it is a lot of work. The desks are usually covered in resumes and notes. We don't mind the mess as long as we can find what we need. It is important to us to just be honest with people about what is available. We don't promise anything we can't do. If there is a job, we tell them. If not, we tell them to check back later. That is just how we do things in our little office.
