Manothrika Infra Private Limited is based in Masabtank, which is a pretty central part of the city. We’re located in Sri Sai Krishna Apartments, Flat No 14, at 10-3-5/A/14/14. If you know the area, you know it can get quite busy with all the traffic coming through. Our office is a bit of a sanctuary from all that noise. We spend our time working on various infrastructure projects. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We don't have a big corporate handbook or a list of fancy values. We just show up and do the work that needs to be done. Sometimes that means staying late to finish a drawing or spending hours on the phone with a supplier. We’re just regular people who happened to get into the infra business. The apartment we work out of is comfortable and fits us just fine. We don't need a glass tower to do our jobs. Most of us have been in this field for years, so we’ve seen how things have changed in Masabtank and beyond. We like the local feel of being in an apartment building. It keeps us connected to the community. There’s always someone coming or going, and it feels more real than a cold office building. We just take things as they come and try to keep our projects on track every single day.
