Manickchand Roller Flour Mill

The flour mill is located over in Moulali, right near the Nacharam Telephone Exchange. You can’t really miss it if you are in the area because of the 44-124 address. It’s an industrial spot, so there is always a lot of dust and the heavy smell of grain in the air. We’ve been operating Manickchand Roller Flour Mill for quite a while now. Every day we have trucks coming in with wheat and leaving with bags of flour. It’s a loud place with the rollers going constantly, but you get used to the noise after a few days of working here. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for milling. We have a team that manages the machines and makes sure the bags are filled and stacked properly in the warehouse. Being near the telephone exchange makes it easy to give people directions. The traffic around here can get a bit messy in the afternoons with all the commercial vehicles moving about. We aren't trying to be the biggest mill out there, we just do our work and supply to the local markets. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to spend the whole night fixing them, but that's just part of the business. We don't have a corporate office with fancy chairs. We just have a small desk where we keep the registers and take orders. It's a busy, dusty, and honest way to make a living for all of us here. We just keep our heads down and work hard until the day is done.
