Managersales Recruitment

Our work is focused on sales recruitment, and we operate out of the Towlichowki and Mehdipatnam area. It is a very active part of the city, always crowded and full of energy. We spend our time looking for people who can actually sell things and are not afraid to talk to strangers all day. The office is a basic space where we conduct interviews and look over resumes that people drop off. It is not always easy finding the right fit, but we keep at it. Most days involve talking to a lot of different people from all over the place. We do not have a big HR department; it is just a few of us sitting in a room making calls and sorting through papers. Mehdipatnam has its own vibe, and we are right in the middle of it. The traffic outside can be a nightmare in the evenings, but inside we just try to focus on the task at hand. We do not use any fancy personality tests or anything like that. We just talk to people and see if they have the right attitude for the work. It is a lot of trial and error. Sometimes we find a great candidate and sometimes we do not, but that is just the nature of recruitment. We keep things pretty informal during the day. It is more about getting the job done.
