Maliha Constructions Private Limited

Our company, Maliha Constructions Private Limited, is located in the Miralam Tadban area. We are in Basti Nabi Kareem Colony, specifically at 19-4-438/A/4. This part of Hyderabad has a lot of history. We’ve been working out of this office for a while. It’s a busy neighborhood with people always moving around. Our office is where we handle all the behind-the-scenes stuff for our building projects. It’s not a fancy setup. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Most of our work happens out in the field where the actual construction is going on. We spend a lot of time talking to masons, electricians, and plumbers. It takes a lot of people to build anything. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write glossy reports. We just do the work and hope people like it. Sometimes we run into issues with material costs going up or the rain slowing us down. That’s just part of being in this business. We try to stay honest with our clients about how long things will take. There’s no point in sugarcoating it. We live and work in this community, so our reputation is based on what we actually finish. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy seeing a project come together from nothing. The office is usually a bit messy with samples of tiles or paint, but that’s how we know we’re working. It’s just how we do things here.
