Our office is located at Plot No 129 in Venkatadri Township, which is part of Narapally in the Ghatkesar Mandal of Hyderabad. It’s quite a way out from the main city center, so it is a bit more relaxed here. T Madhavi is the one who mostly looks after things at this location. We are set up in the R R District, and it's a growing area with a lot of new buildings going up. As Makro Technologies, we spend a lot of our time staring at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s quiet work, mostly. We have a few computers and some basic servers. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but the township is a nice place to work. We don't have a big cafeteria or anything, so we usually just bring our lunch from home and eat together in the small break room. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and we can hear the crickets outside because it gets so quiet at night. It’s not a high-pressure environment most of the time. We just take the tasks as they come and try to do a decent job. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and chairs and some cables running across the floor. But we like it here because we can focus on the technical side of things without too many distractions from the busy city.
