We are Maithri Dream Homes Llp. Our office is at Flat No. 202 in the Rohiwal Windsor Apartments, located at Hno 5 10 197/1/2 in Saifabad, near A C Guard. We focus on residential real estate and helping people find homes that suit them. Working out of Saifabad is convenient because it is quite central. The office itself is just a standard flat where we have set up our desks and filing cabinets. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting with people who are looking for a new place to live. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being part of the housing industry. We are a Limited Liability Partnership, which means we work closely together as a small team. There is always some paperwork to finish or a site to go visit. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on being at our desk and answering the door when people come to Rohiwal Windsor Apartments to see us. The area around A C Guard has a lot of history and we like being based here. Sometimes the traffic in Saifabad makes things a bit slow, but we've learned to work around it. Our focus is just on the homes we are involved with. We keep things simple and try to be as clear as possible with everyone we deal with. That’s how we run things at Maithri Dream Homes Llp from our second-floor office.
