Our office is over on the 5th floor of ABK Olbee Plaza, right there on Road No. 1 in Banjara Hills. Being in Mahesh Keerthi Ventures Private Limited means we spend a lot of our time dealing with various venture details and property stuff. The view from the 5th floor is alright, though most of the time we’re too busy to look out the window much. Banjara Hills is always moving, and we try to keep pace with it. It’s a decent place to work from even if the parking around here can be a real headache sometimes. We don't have a big reception area or any of that corporate fluff, just a few rooms where we meet up and discuss what needs to happen next. It's mostly practical talk about timelines and what the current projects look like on the ground. People come in and out all day, mostly staff or contractors we've known for a bit. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. It's just a venture office where we try to stay organized. If you're looking for us, we’re usually tucked away in the back room working through some spreadsheets or plans. We’ve been here for a bit now and it feels like a solid base for what we’re trying to build. It's not always perfect, but we make sure the work gets handled properly.
