MAHESH AND BABY BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED is located at H.NO.242 in Rajat Nagar. It’s a family name on the door, and that’s pretty much how we run things too. The office is part of a larger building, and it’s been our base for quite some time now. We have a couple of old wooden desks and some filing cabinets that are stuffed to the brim. It’s a bit of a maze of paper once you walk inside. We handle a lot of small to medium building projects from here. Most of our day is spent checking on material costs and making sure the guys at the sites have everything they need to keep working. We aren't big on technology; we still use a lot of handwritten ledgers and paper notes pinned to the boards. It’s just the way we have always done it. There is a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take short breaks when the phone stops ringing for a minute. The street outside is usually full of kids playing or people walking to the market, which gives the place a nice feel. We don't have any corporate slogans or big missions. We just want to build things that stay standing and do right by the people we work with. It’s a modest operation, but it keeps us busy and we like the rhythm of it.
