MAHAT NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED is based out in the Khajaguda village area, right on the Nanakramguda Road. Our specific spot is at Sy No.4, near the Golconda Post in Hyderabad. This area is interesting because you have the old village parts mixed in with the new IT buildings popping up everywhere. We are in the Serilingampally Mandal. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle our construction and infrastructure business. We aren't a high-flying firm with fancy slogans. We are just a group of people who show up and get the job done. The office can get a bit dusty because of all the development happening around us. We have a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls. Most of our day is spent coordinating with different people and trying to stay on top of the paperwork. Being near Nanakramguda means we see a lot of change every day. It’s a busy environment and we are right in the thick of it. We don't have any polished mission statements or anything like that. We just focus on the project in front of us and try to make sure we don't make mistakes. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but that is what we expected when we started this. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Hyderabad.
