Our office is on the ground floor at Plot No. B-27, which is H.No.8-3-191/147/16 in Madhura Nagar. We go by the name MAHAT CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED. Hyderabad-500038 is our home turf. Being on the ground floor is handy because we are constantly moving equipment and files in and out throughout the day. Madhura Nagar is a good place to be, right in the heart of things in Telangana. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our office has mismatched chairs and a lot of dust from the projects we bring back with us on our clothes. We spend most of our time out where the actual building is happening. Construction is a messy business, and we are right in the middle of it every day. We’ve got a small crew that has been together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how to get things done without having to talk about it too much. There’s no big mission statement on the wall, just a calendar with a lot of dates circled in red ink. We deal with all the usual headaches of building—material delays, weather, and finding enough labor. It’s not always pretty, but we enjoy seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a finished structure. People around here know they can just stop by if they have a question or need something looked at. We aren't hard to find if you are in the neighborhood and need to chat.
