We aren't some giant company with a glass building. We work out of a house because it feels more natural and keeps our costs down. Being in Malakpet means we are close to the heart of the city, which helps when we need to get to our different sites quickly. Most of our days are spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of building. This means talking to suppliers, checking on the bricklayers, and making sure the permits are in order. It can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the dust and the noise, but we wouldn't have it any other way. We’ve been builders for a long time and we know what works.
