Mahan Lifespace Developers Private Limited is located on the first floor of 8-3-678/70 in Pragathi Nagar. We are tucked into the Sri Nagar Colony Extension area. It’s a pretty functional space. It involves a lot of back and forth with the city and different vendors. Pragathi Nagar is a lively spot, so there is always some noise from the street, which we’ve gotten used to. We aren't a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. You might find us doing paperwork one hour and then heading out to a site the next. We’ve been in this office for a good while, and it’s become a second home for us. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s a working office where things actually get done. We don't talk much about visions or missions. We just focus on the practical side of building and making sure the projects move forward. It’s a steady way to make a living and we enjoy the process.
