Mahadeva Land & Housing Private Limited

We are based over in Srinivasa Colony (West), right on the third floor of this residential building. It’s Flat 302, which means we get a decent view of the neighborhood but it's a lot of stairs if you’re carrying heavy files. The area is mostly houses and other small offices, so it stays relatively peaceful compared to the main roads. We deal with land and housing, so a lot of our time is spent looking at maps and walking through empty plots. It’s honest work, even if it gets a bit tedious with all the legal documents we have to keep track of. My team consists of just a few people who have been around the real estate scene for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest outfit in town, just trying to help people find a place to build or stay. Sometimes we spend hours just waiting for a phone call to go through or for someone to show up for a meeting. We keep a kettle in the office for coffee because the days can get pretty long. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the printer jams more than it should, but it’s our home base. We’ve grown to like the routine of the colony. There’s a certain way things are done here, and we just follow along with it. We mostly work on local projects and try to keep things simple for the families we deal with.
