Mahadeva Food & Beverage (Opc) Privatelimited is run out of Ramnagar Colony. We are located at C/O Bhagwati, which is basically a residential house that we’ve converted for our needs. Being an "OPC" means I handle a lot of the work myself, though I have a neighbor who helps out when things get really busy. We deal with various food products and different types of beverages. It’s not a huge operation with big machines. Most of what we do is manual, like packing and sorting through the inventory we get from the main distributors. The colony is usually quiet, but it can get a bit tight when a delivery truck tries to squeeze down the narrow lane. I often have to stand outside and wave them in so they don't hit any of the parked scooters. My day usually starts with a cup of tea and looking over the logbooks to see what needs to go out. The room we use for storage is packed pretty high, so I have to be careful when I'm looking for specific items. We don't have a big marketing plan or a polished image. It’s just a practical way to earn a living. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that is part of running any business. We just try to stay organized and keep the products moving so nothing stays on the shelf for too long. My desk is usually covered in receipts.
