Madhavaram Infra and Consultants Private Limited is run from Flat No 103 and I in Sai Ram Residency. We are located in Sangeeth Nagar, which is a part of Kukatpally in the Malkajigiri area. Working from a residential building like Sai Ram Residency gives our office a much more personal feel than being in some glass office tower. We do a lot of consulting and infrastructure work. Our desks are usually piled high with site plans and legal documents. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the whole team is in the flat at the same time, but we make it work. Kukatpally is a very busy place, and the streets around Sangeeth Nagar can get pretty blocked up during peak hours. We usually start our day early to beat some of that traffic. We aren't the type of company that has a big reception area or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us and trust the advice we give. We spend a lot of time on our computers or out visiting project locations across the city. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we always find what we’re looking for eventually. We’ve been at this for some time now and we’re quite comfortable in this neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be based and it just suits our style of working.
