Working at Vanticus Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. means spending a lot of time in front of screens. We are located at 1241 in Ayyapa Society, which is over in Madhapur. Sri Chaitanya IIT Academy is just nearby, so there are always students walking around outside our building. It’s a pretty typical tech area. Our office isn't anything like those big corporate campuses you see in movies. It’s just a regular space with desks, some old chairs, and cables running everywhere under the floor. We spend our days writing code and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. There is a lot of coffee involved, mostly from the little shop down the street. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due, and the streets of Ayyapa Society get really quiet. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a logo on the wall. It’s just us working on software. Madhapur is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time, but we’ve been in this spot for a bit. It gets a bit cramped when we have everyone in the office at once, but we make it work. It’s just a group of people doing tech stuff in a busy part of town. We don't spend much time on decorations; we just focus on the screens and getting the work finished. It’s been a long journey for us here.
