We’ve been running Maa Sharda Realtech Private Limited for a bit now from our office over in Madhapur. It’s on the first floor of Plot No. 96 in Megha Hillsguttala Begumpet. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to people about land and houses. Hyderabad is growing fast, especially around here, so things get pretty busy. We don't really do the big flashy ads you see elsewhere. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting at our desks making sure everything is in order. People come by when they’re looking for a place or need help with property stuff. Sometimes the traffic in Madhapur is a headache, but being here makes sense since it’s where all the action is. We started this because we knew the area well. It isn't a massive corporate setup with fancy lobbies. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. We’ve had plenty of long afternoons here, just sorting through files and making calls. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going.
