Maa Kuteeram Private Limited is over in Kukatpally, at Lig 203 on the ground floor. We are in Phase 1 of KPHB, on Road No 2. It’s a very busy neighborhood, but our office is tucked away in a spot that’s relatively calm. We’ve been working from here for a good while, mostly focusing on residential housing projects. The office isn't big, it’s just a ground-floor space that feels more like a home than a business center. We like it that way because it’s where we sit down and talk to families about their future homes. We don't have a lot of staff, just a small, dedicated team that handles everything from the initial planning to the final construction details. We don't use any corporate jargon or fancy marketing slogans. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. Usually, there are maps and site plans spread across the table. We spend a lot of time out at the actual building sites, so the office is often empty for a few hours in the middle of the day. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes to get everything coordinated with the laborers, but we always find a way to get it done. We don't have a big advertising budget. Most of our work comes from people who live in KPHB or nearby and have seen our previous projects.
