Maa Aai Developers LLP is located over at Plot No 363/B in the IDA Jeedimetla area. We’re right opposite the UMCC hospital on Gajularamaram Road. Being in an industrial area, it’s always loud and there’s always something moving. Our office is a practical space where we coordinate all our construction work. We don't have any interest in sounding like a big polished firm. We’re just regular people who know our way around a construction site. Most of our days are spent dealing with contractors, checking on the laborers, and making sure the supplies aren't sitting idle. It’s hard work and it gets pretty dirty, but we’ve been at it for a long time. We don't have a marketing team to write nice things about us. We just rely on the fact that we show up and do what’s required. Sometimes we run into problems with the equipment or the weather, but we just figure it out. It’s about being on-site and seeing things through until they are done. We don't promise anything impossible. We just look at the job, figure out how to do it, and then get started. That’s how we’ve always operated and it’s how we plan to keep going as long as there is work to be done. It's about grit and getting the masonry finished.
