Ma Foi

Our place is Flat 302 in the Sri Durga Residency building. We are located in the Yella Reddy Guda area, specifically on the road that leads toward Yosuf Guda in Hyderabad. It is a residential-cum-commercial neighborhood, so there is always a mix of neighbors and people coming in for work. Ma Foi has been a name people recognize for a long time, and here in this flat, we handle the local recruitment and consulting tasks. It is basically a converted apartment, so it has a bit of a lived-in feel which makes it less intimidating for people coming in for interviews. We have some basic chairs in the waiting area and a few cabins partitioned off for meetings. The 500073 area of Andhra Pradesh, as it was recorded, is a central spot, making it easy for candidates to reach us by bus or auto. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes on our screens. The lift in the building sometimes has a mind of its own, so we often end up taking the stairs. It is not a high-pressure corporate environment in here; it is more about sitting down and having a real conversation with people about their jobs. We keep a water cooler in the corner and a stack of newspapers on the table. It is just a regular office where we do our best to match people with the right roles.
