M V Infra Developers is tucked away in Aditya Nagar, which is part of the Sainikpuri area. We’re at house 1/1/300/80. It’s a nice enough neighborhood, usually pretty quiet compared to the main city. We started this LLP to handle local development work. There’s a lot of old houses being turned into new things around here. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and making sure our work doesn't bother them too much. It’s hard to keep a construction site clean, but we try hard. Our team is small. We don't have a big corporate ladder. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out and fix it. Sainikpuri has its own vibe and we like working here. The office is basically just a place to store tools and do the accounts. Most of the real work happens outside. We deal with a lot of brickwork and plumbing issues on the daily. Sometimes it feels like we’re just moving piles of sand from one place to another. But at the end of the day, something gets built. We don't promise anything fancy, just that we’ll show up and do the work. It’s a steady living and we’ve made some good friends in the area over the years. We just try to be fair and do the job right without cutting corners or causing a fuss.
