Being in a colony means we have neighbors living right next door, so we try to keep things relatively quiet. Hyderabad is a big city, but our little corner feels more like a small town. We have a few rooms set up for our pharma-related activities. There’s always a lot of paperwork to keep track of, and we spend a good chunk of our time making sure everything is filed correctly. We don’t have a big corporate cafeteria, just a small kitchen where we make coffee and eat our lunch. Sometimes we all go out to the local stalls for biryani when we’ve had a particularly busy week. The building has been here for a while and it has some character to it, like the slightly creaky stairs. We have a small team and everyone knows each other’s business. It’s not the kind of place where you wear a suit and tie every day. We prefer being comfortable while we work. M S Gland Pharma has been operating from this Huda Colony address for quite some time now, and we’ve become a part of the local scenery. We just go about our business every day and try to stay organized in our own way.
