Our office is located in the Pasha Bhai Complex, H. No. 8-1-351/A/7, in Aditya Nagar Colony, Tolichowki. It’s a lively part of Hyderabad, and there is always something happening outside our windows with all the shops nearby. M-Cube Meadows Private Limited is the name on the door. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees or fancy offices. We’re just a small group that handles local housing and building projects. The complex is a bit older, but it serves us well for what we do. We have enough space for our desks and all the paperwork that comes with construction. Tolichowki is a busy area, so we usually have to deal with the noise of the traffic and people shouting outside. We don't mind it much anymore; it’s just part of the day. Most of our time is spent talking to workers or checking on supplies from the vendors. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because that’s not who we are. We are just people who know how to get a building up. We have a lot of regular visitors who drop by for a quick chat or to ask about progress on their projects. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We don't wear suits; we wear what’s comfortable for a site visit in the heat. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or other issues, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's a straightforward way of working, and we’ve been doing it this way for a while now.
